Donald Piggotis (or Donald Peget) had a charter of lands in the sheriffdoms of Berwick and Aberdeen from David n (RMS., i, App. n, 995). Abraham Pyghot, reidare at Kerymure, 1574 (RMR.). Abraham Pigott, notary in St. Andrews diocese, 1610 (Laing, 1583), and Gilbert Piggat was messenger in Edinburgh, 1686 (RFC., 3. ser. xn, p. 233).
