Mah Bow Tan
Mah Bow Tan ( born 1948) is a Singaporean businessman. He has been the non-executive deputy chairman of Global Yellow Pages since 2020 and was reported in 2018 to have joined Singapore-based fintech firm HydraX as an adviser and director, in addition to serving as chairman of GlobalCities Sustainable Investment.
Formerly a politician, Mah was a member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP) and an elected Member of Parliament representing the Tampines East ward of Tampines GRC from 1988 to 2015. In Parliament, he was Leader of the House from 2007 to 2011. He also held the Cabinet positions of Minister for Communications (1991–1999), Minister for the Environment (1993–1995), and Minister for National Development (1999–2011) before retiring from politics just before the 2015 general election.
