Paul White (journalist)
Paul Welrose White (June 6, 1902 – July 9, 1955) was an American journalist and news director who founded the Columbia Broadcasting System's news division in 1933 and directed it for 13 years. His leadership spanned World War II and earned a 1945 Peabody Award for CBS Radio. After his departure from CBS in 1946 he wrote a textbook on broadcast journalism, News on the Air (1947). Since 1956 the Radio Television Digital News Association has presented the Paul White Award for lifetime achievement as its highest honor.

Paul White (American football)
Paul Grover White (November 13, 1921 – June 3, 1974) was an American football player and coach. He played college football as a halfback for Fritz Crisler's University of Michigan Wolverines football teams in 1941, 1942, 1943, and 1946 — missing the 1944 and 1945 seasons due to military service. He served as the captain of the 1943 Michigan team that compiled a record of 8–1 (6–0 Big Ten) and finished the season ranked No. 3 in the AP Poll. In 1944, he received Michigan's Big Ten Medal of Honor as the who had best demonstrated proficiency in scholarship and athletics. He also played professional football for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1947. He played in 11 games for the Steelers, gaining 240 all-purpose yards and scoring one touchdown. His longest run in the NFL was good for a 52-yard gain. In 1949, he served as the backfield coach at Hillsdale College. In March 1950, he was hired as the backfield coach at the University of Connecticut.

Paul White (bishop)
Paul Raymond White (born 1949) is a retired bishop who served as an assistant bishop in the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne from 2002 to 2017: of the western region until 2007, of the southern region from 2007 until 2015, of Jumbunna Episcopate from 2015 until 2016, and as bishop for Growth Areas ministry from 2016 until his retirement in 2017.
After an earlier career as a teacher, White graduated from the University of Canberra in 1985 and was ordained in 1986. He was, successively, curate at St Nicholas' Goulburn, priest in charge of St Philip's Reigate, the incumbent at Christ Church, Queanbeyan, vicar of St Matthew's Redhill and vicar of St George's East Ivanhoe.
