Stephen White (television writer)
Stephen White (born September 3, 1952) is the writer for most episodes of the children's television show Barney & Friends through 2006, most of the Barney home videos, as well as many books based on the series, scripts for Barney's concerts, and the film Barney's Great Adventure. In addition, he appeared in the 1992 episode "Treasure of Rainbow Beard" as Rainbow Beard himself.
Since 2000, he has been a writer operating under the name Stilton Jarlsberg. His most notable work is Hope n' Change Cartoons, a conservative stock image webcomic.

Stephen White (1 September 1928 – 6 September 2009) was an Irish Gaelic footballer who played as a left wing-back for the Louth senior team.
White made his debut on the inter-county scene at the age of seventeen when he first linked up with the Galway minor team before later joining the junior side. He joined the Louth senior team for the 1947 championship. White went on to win one All-Ireland medal and four Leinster medals. White was an All-Ireland runner-up on one occasion. White was a member of the Leinster inter-provincial team on a number of occasions and won four Railway Cup medal. He retired from inter-county football following the conclusion of the 1963 championship.

Stephen White (born 14 October 1988) is an Irish hurler who played as a midfielder for the Cork senior team.
Born in Ballygarvan, County Cork, White first played competitive hurling in his younger days. He arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of sixteen when he first linked up with the Cork minor team, before later lining out with the under-21 and intermediate sides. He made his senior debut in the 2008 National Hurling League. White has since gone on to be a regular member of the team, however, he has yet to claim any silverware.
At club level White is a Munster medallist in the junior grade with Ballygarvan. He has also won a junior championship medal with the club.

Stephen Leonard White (born 1 July 1945, Dublin, Ireland) is British political scientist and historian, Emeritus Professor at University of Glasgow, an author of many articles and books about politics of Soviet Union and Russia.
Stephen White graduated from Trinity College, Dublin with degrees in history and political science, and then completed a PhD in Soviet studies at University of Glasgow (spending a year at Moscow State University as an exchange student) and a DPhil in politics at Wolfson College, Oxford. White was awarded the Marshall Scholarship.
His positions include James Bryce Professor of Politics, a Senior Research Associate of the School of Central and East European Studies at University of Glasgow, a Visiting Professor at the Institute of Applied Politics in Moscow, and Adjunct Professor of European Studies at the Johns Hopkins University Bologna Center.
Since 2002 he is Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. Since 2010 he is Fellow of the British Academy, Section S5 Political Studies: Political Theory, Government and International Relations.
Until 2011 he was a co-editor of The Journal of Communist Studies and Transition Politics.
