Steve Miller (American football coach)
Stephen C. Miller (August 26, 1943) is a former American football player, coach of football, basketball, and baseball, and college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at Carroll College—now known as Carroll University—in Waukesha, Wisconsin from 1972 to 1976, Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa from 1977 to 1979, and Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa from 1987 to 2001, compiling a career college football record of 121–94–2. Miller was also the head basketball coach at Cornell during the 1982–83 season and again from 1984 to 1988, tallying a mark of 49–61. He was named NCAA Division III coach of the year while coaching football at Cornell.

Steve Miller (born July 22, 1972 in Stratford, Ontario) is a Canadian National Hockey League linesman, who wears uniform number #89. Miller worked his 1,000th NHL game on December 12, 2015 between the Buffalo Sabres and Los Angeles Kings at First Niagara Center in Buffalo, NY. Before the game, Steve was presented a signed hockey stick from both teams and their captains, Brian Gionta and Dustin Brown, respectively. His highlights include the 2006 Winter Olympics the NHL All-Star Game, Memorial Cup, World Junior Hockey Championship the 2009, 2010 and 2011 Stanley Cup Finals In 2010 Miller was accused of taking the game-winning puck from the Chicago Blackhawks after they won the Stanley Cup. He was held out of the first round of 2011 playoffs to avoid distractions following an ESPN.com story on the subject, but was re-added to the rotation of officials for the second round.

Steven Robert Miller (born September 24, 1957 in Buffalo, New York) is a Lansing, Michigan-based musician, journalist and author. His 2013 book Detroit Rock City: The Uncensored History of Rock 'n' Roll in America's Loudest City reached No. 5 on Amazon in the rock and roll bestsellers category. His most recent releases include Murder in Grosse Pointe Park: Privilege, Adultery, and the Killing of Jane Bashara (2015, Penguin/Berkley), a true crime title exploring the death of Jane Bashara, and Juggalo: Insane Clown Posse, Their Fans, and the World They Made (2016, Da Capo Press), a detailed look at Insane Clown Posse and their dedicated fanbase.
Miller has worked as a metro reporter for the Dallas Morning News and as a national reporter for the Washington Times, as well as writing for People and U.S. News & World Report. He covered the auto industry for Brandweek and is currently an investigative reporter with Texas Watchdog.org.
